New TV Show: Sunrise meets the devil wears prada?

Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are teaming up for a new TV series set in the world of morning television.
It’s been 13 years since Friends served its final Central Perk latte and now Jennifer Aniston is looking to make her return to television alongside close friend, Reese Witherspoon. Reese memorably played Rachel Green’s spoilt younger sister Jill on the hit comedy series.

The power duo is attached to star in a show set in the cut-throat world of morning TV in New York. Think Sunrise meets The Devil Wears Prada. The all-star TV project is headed up by Michael Ellenberg, former head of drama at HBO, with a script from Jay Carson (House of Cards).

Jen and Reese are considered the dream team for a TV partnership. Reese recently scored an Emmy nomination for her role in HBO's thriller, Big Little Lies, with a second season in development, and Friends fans have been desperate to see Jen return the small screen for years. No doubt Aniston’s husband, Justin Theroux, would’ve encouraged her to consider a TV role, after his three successful seasons on HBO's The Leftovers.

We’ll let you know when and where you can watch it, but it will likely be snapped up by a streaming service.
