Louis visits Lagos, a place where its not always the police who hold the power but also gangs of young men known as Area Boys. Louis spends time with the gangs as they patrol their turfs, clash with local rivals and keep the peace in a brutal and haphazard fashion. Lagos is a world in which the forces of law and of disorder are not always readily distinguishable and nothing is quite what it seems.
