These terms and conditions govern any orders placed for goods by users (“you” or “your”) on (the “website”).  The website is managed and operated by Roadshow Films Pty Limited (ABN 28 100 746 870) trading as Roadshow Entertainment (“we” or “our” or “Roadshow Entertainment”). These terms and conditions are updated from time to time, and your continued use of our website will be deemed as your acceptance of any such change. It is your responsibility to check for any changes to these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions are amended and updated from time to time, and your continued use of our website will be deemed as your acceptance of any such change. It is your responsibility to check for any changes to these terms and conditions.


In order to place an order on the website, you will need to have an active account.  Your account is not transferable, and you may update, amend or terminate your account at any time.  You agree to ensure that all details in your account are accurate at all times and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details (including any password) and take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.


The prices for all goods (including DVDs, Blu-rays and any other goods offered on the website, including vouchers) displayed on the website are current at the time of display.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Although we use reasonable commercial endeavours to include accurate information about all products on the website, including as to pricing.  However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on the website is accurate, reliable, error free or complete.


The pricing shown for goods on the website are current at the time of display and are subject to change without notice.  If an error is discovered in the pricing of any goods, and you have placed an order for those goods based on that erroneous pricing, then we will inform you and issue a full refund as soon as possible.  We will be under no obligation to fulfil an order for any goods that were advertised at an incorrect price. 

Placing Orders

You can place an order by following the instructions on the website. Roadshow may accept or reject your order in its absolute discretion and the order is not binding on Roadshow until payment is accepted and the goods dispatched. In particular, Roadshow may reject orders for commercial quantities of goods.  If you wish to order commercial quantities of goods please contact Roadshow.

You may pay for your order by Visa or Mastercard, certain prepaid payment cards, or Pay Pal account, or such other form of payment as Roadshow permits from time to time. The name on the credit card/payment card or relevant account must match the name on the order. By providing your credit card/payment card or Pay Pal account you authorise Roadshow to deduct the cost of your order (including any applicable delivery charge(s)) from the approved payment method.

Roadshow may not be able to, or may decline to, accept payment from you by your nominated payment method at any time for any reason including, without limitation: (a) where our fraud detection systems detect possible irregularities; (b) because your financial institution has declined payment; or (c) because your payment card has expired. Where this is the case, your order will be placed on hold and Roadshow will contact you to ask you to provide additional information (for example, proof of identity documents) or arrange payment by another method. If you are unable to comply with Roadshow's requests within the timescale specified, Roadshow may cancel your order. 

Goods that you have ordered will not be dispatched to you until your payment for the goods has cleared. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will be rejected and we will notify you by email.

Our agreement to supply you with any goods that you have ordered only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order by email and your payment has been processed.  Upon your request, Roadshow will use reasonable endeavours to cancel or change the Order if it has not already been shipped but makes no representation that it will be able to do this. However, you may cancel your Order where Roadshow is not able to deliver your order within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery time advertised on the website.  Otherwise, cancellations are within the sole discretion of Roadshow.  Orders that cannot be cancelled are subject to our policies below relating to returns and exchanges.

If you place an order for any goods that are classified “R18+ or MA15+, then you warrant to Roadshow that (a) you are 18 years of age or older, where you Order products that are classified R18+; and (b) 15 years of age or older, where you Order products that are classified MA15+.

 If Roadshow is unable to fulfil your order we will send you an email cancelling your order as soon as practicable after determining that your order cannot be fulfilled. If your credit card, debit card or other form of payment has been processed then Roadshow will refund the value of your order to the same payment mechanism as you used to pay for the order.


It is your obligation to ensure to provide that the correct delivery address when placing your order.  If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. 

The delivery charge for the ordered goods (if any) will appear in your shopping cart at the time of your order.  In certain cases, you may be required to pay additional delivery charges if you live in an area where specialised transport is required to affect delivery.  We will notify you prior to you incurring any such additional charges and provide you with the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to incur such charges.  

Following dispatch of your goods, Roadshow will email you with confirmation of dispatch and an invoice for your order.

On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery your goods will be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.

If you require Goods that you have ordered to be re-directed to an address which is not the original Order address Roadshow may charge you a reasonable fee for doing this.

If any order is lost in transit, then you must contact us within 30 days of the item being shipped in order to qualify for a replacement order. If, at the end of that 30 day period after shipment your order has still not been delivered, then Roadshow will re-ship your order within a reasonable period or, if the goods the subject of your order is no longer available, refund the value of your order. Roadshow does not otherwise accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery of your order. You agree that late delivery of your order does not constitute a failure of our agreement or give rise to a right to cancel your order. 

Returns and Exchanges

If the order you receive contains goods that you did not order or if the goods were faulty, then Roadshow will replace the item at no cost to you, or provide a full refund of your order.  In order to receive a refund or replacement order, you will need to email Roadshow with your order number and the incorrect or faulty good(s) that you received within 14 days of receipt of your order.  In order to receive a replacement order, or a refund of your order, you will need to return the incorrect order to Roadshow.  Replacement orders will be shipped to you within 14 days of receipt of the incorrect or faulty goods from you.  Roadshow will post packaging to you at Roadshow’s cost in order that you can return any incorrect or faulty goods.

Any liability of Roadshow or its related entities in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Roadshow be limited to:

  1. in relation to goods, the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and
  2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roadshow disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Roadshow makes no warranty that this website, any information or ideas contained on this website or any products or services will meet your requirements.

You further acknowledge and agree that, subject to these terms and conditions, Roadshow will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through the website.


Any provision in this agreement which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is to be read down for the purpose of that jurisdiction, if possible, so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise shall be severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of this agreement or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
